Church Picnic Volunteer Notice

Our Annual Church Picnic is quickly approaching, and we are looking for volunteers to help make this a fun, safe, and successful event for everyone!

There are many opportunities to serve, whether you can help before, during, or after the picnic. Some volunteer responsibilities may include:

Setup and decorating

Registration and welcome table

Food preparation and serving

Grill team assistance

Games and activities coordination

Children's activity area supervision

Hospitality and guest assistance

Beverage and refreshment station

Clean-up and breakdown

Transportation and loading/unloading supplies

Parking assistance

Photography and event documentation

Your willingness to serve helps create a wonderful day of fellowship for our church family and guests.
